Once your order is complete, you'll receive an email notification. This will allow you to review the initial draft of your video and provide feedback. You're welcome to conduct multiple reviews until you're completely satisfied. However, please note that we focus on one video at a time.

Once you're happy with the video, you have the option to mark it as final. This action allows you to download the video at your convenience. The moment the video we've been collaborating on is marked as "final," we'll get started on your next video."

For both our 'Unlimited' and 'Unlimited Plus' plans, we provide general estimates based on video length. These estimates offer a preliminary guideline. While simpler requests may require less time, more intricate edits will naturally take longer. Additionally, you have the option to expedite your project's turnaround time as a client. Numerous factors can extend the processing time of your request. The three most prevalent reasons are scope, complexity, and request specifics.

1. Scope

The turnaround time may be extended when the raw footage for a request is five times longer than the intended final edit or when the footage comprises numerous files and/or unselected shots. This also applies if you're requesting multiple edits within a single request. For instance:

- A 10-minute talking head video derived from 1 hour and 20 minutes of footage.

- A 15-minute vlog compiled from 70 distinct files.

- The creation of a 1-minute, 30-second, and 15-second video ad from 10 minutes of footage within a single request.

- If the footage per order surpasses the plan limits of 50 GB for 'Unlimited' or 100 GB for 'Unlimited Plus'.

2. Complexity:

Complex editing elements such as intricate text overlays, high-detail requirements, custom animations, footage that need extensive post-production, advanced visual effects (VFX), substantial sound effects (SFX), 3D animation, and independent footage or stock search by editors.

- Crafting a video with creative cuts synchronized to the music, along with VFX for multiple shots.

- Editing a YouTube video filmed with cameras demanding meticulous post-production, audio correction, and intensive animation.

- Developing a professional video ad enriched with color grading, 3D animation, and tailor-made animations.

- Assembling a reel demanding substantial stock footage or video search on the editor's part.

3. Request Details

Whenever a video request falls beyond the originally scoped elements, requires supplementary information, contains broken links, or involves corrupted footage, it may result in delays. Examples include:

- Notification that your request falls beyond the initial scope, followed by a wait for your feedback on proposed solutions.

- Awaiting missing information or content essential to finalize your request (e.g., absent files, incomplete branding details, broken URLs, or inadequate instructions).
